Apply high-frequency intermittent stimulation to atrialepicardium of experiment canines. Parameters such as stimulation frequency, current, pulse width, time and interval are adjustable. After two-week effective stimulation on atrialepicardium, persistent atrial fibrillation occurs and lasts for more than 24 hours.
